Distance Selling Regulations
We adhere to the above regulations as stated by the EU and enforced
by the Trading standards and OFT departments when dealing with the
general public/domestic market. These regulations do not apply to
Business to Business transactions.)
Contract Terms:
1. On receipt of your order we will confirm in writing, by return,
the description of the items ordered, expected date of delivery and the
total cost of the goods, including carriage. i.e. a quotation.
2. Our terms are strictly cheque/ bankers draft/ bacs payment or cash with order, validating the contract.
3. Upon delivery of the order the purchaser has 7 working days
(Monday-Fridays) to cancel the order. The cancellation must be in
written format by dated letter, fax or email. It is the responsibility
of the purchaser to return the items to us, in perfect condition at
their cost.
4. The monies paid less carriage will be refunded in the same manner
as the original payment, within 30 days of the cancellation, in full
after the receipt of the returned goods in “as new condition”. Goods
cannot be returned for a refund if damaged. Please note when you sign
for the goods upon delivery you are accepting the goods are in good
condition. PLEASE INSPECT THE GOODS before acceptace
